3. Stretch & strengthen techniques: Yes... there are multiple ways to stretch to reach different outcomes! Learn how to effectively stretch and which muscles to strengthen for your sport.

4. Meditation: Maybe you're seasoned at meditating and it's your jam. Maybe you think it's a little too "woo" for you. Learn some meditative skills that you can take off your bolster and onto the trail with you.

About Staci & Why I chose to create Badassana

I've been teaching various forms of movement for nearly 18 years now! My journey has transformed from teaching dance, to fitness and TRX, to leading yoga. I find all of it inspiring, beautiful, and life changing. But it was embarking on a consistent yoga practice had a truly profound impact on my entire life. Not only did it make me a more composed and stress-free person, but it elevated my skills in various aspects. My confidence soared, coordination improved, and my enthusiasm for trying new things reached new heights! I no longer wonder if I can keep up on a powder day, on a day sending it down a dirt trail on my mountain bike, paddling out into the surf, hopping on a skateboard, joining a softball team, or trying any new sport. Because of this practice... I know I can. That's my hope for you. I hope you'll join me on this journey to badassery.
